THE MOTIVATION

Camise Angeline Patterson, a former D1 college athlete noticed the lack of proper nutrition and access to exercise in impoverished communities and decided to be the change through the birth of CAP Fitness LLC.

Services We Offer

Personal Training – One-on-One 30 minute or 45 minute sessions. Designed specifically for you to help you reach your wellness goals. Includes pre-session wellness consultation, private sessions, weekly check-ins, and overall wellness support. ** All training sessions are currently virtual due to Covid-19 **

Two or more people training for 30 or 45 minutes. Designed to meet the needs of the group, all workouts take into consideration the fitness levels of all members of the group. Includes a group wellness consultation, group sessions, weekly check-ins, nutritional support, and a private accountability group. **All group training sessions are currently virtual due to Covid-19 **

Open to all ages and fitness levels. Includes challenge accountability group, weekly live workouts (schedule depending on the month), meal guides, recipes, at home workout guide, weekly check-ins, daily personal development. **All live workouts are currently virtual due to Covid-19 **

Individual: 45-minute sessions focused on speed, agility, strength, and the movements associated with the individual athletes’ sport of choice.

1 hour sessions focused on speed, agility, strength, team building, and movements associated with the sport of choice

Disclaimer: Softball athletes interested in individual athlete development sessions must be younger than 7th grade due to NCAA legislation. Furthermore, team sessions for softball teams can only occur during the NCAA Softball contact period
